Kenton Rogers, as a youngster, stood on the stage at the World Famous Apollo Theater, during “Amateur Night”, then hosted by The Late Ralph Cooper. Kenton’s moving performance of the “The Greatest Love of All” won him the memorable honor of the first place winners spot, which as we all know, has been dubbed as the toughest audience in the world.
